Expect to enjoy an elegant evening on the Palouse! The Music and Art Reception at the Museum of Art invites guests to enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres while appreciating Wrapped in Tradition: The Chihuly Collection of Native American Trade Blankets and the dulcet tones of woodwinds, performed by Ann Yasinitsky, Shannon Scott, and Gerald Berthiaume, faculty of WSU’s acclaimed School of Music. As the reception closes, an ensemble from the WSU Cougar Marching Band will entertain guests as they make their way to dinner.

Tickets:  $75 + tax per person
Seating is limited; early reservations recommended

Each four-course, gourmet dinner is expertly prepared by WSU’s executive chefs and students from the School of Hospitality Business Management. The menu is created with the freshest, sustainable ingredients and represents the finest in American Contemporary flavors. Each course is skillfully paired with a selection of elegantly crafted, premium wines from Amavi Cellars, which was named “2007 Winery of the Year” by Wine & Spirits Magazine.

Beef tenderloin espresso rub with horseradish-potato puree topped with Parmigiano Reggiano (gaulette), grilled asparagus, and a Cabernet reduction sauce
